Effective date: November 3, 2026. These terms apply to yourcasestatus.com, operated by West Avenue Trade LLC, a private company in Florida (“we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to them.
Information only, not legal advice
The site explains public information about U.S. immigration processing. It is not legal advice, and we are not a law firm. Reading it does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and us. For advice on your case, talk to a licensed attorney or an accredited representative.
Data can be out of date
Each figure shows its period and links its source. USCIS and the Department of Labor update their data on their own schedule, so a number may have changed after we published it. Always confirm on uscis.gov or the agency page we link before you make a decision about your case. For your own case status, use the official case status page.
No guarantee of outcomes
Processing times describe cases that were already completed. They do not predict how long your case will take or how it will end.
Acceptable use
You may read the site, link to it and quote short parts of it. Please do not:
- overload the site or try to disrupt it or probe its security;
- present our content as an official government communication;
- copy our pages in full and publish them as your own.
Automated access that follows our robots.txt is fine.
Intellectual property
Our text, design, logo and name belong to West Avenue Trade LLC. The government data behind our figures is public information from U.S. agencies. We do not claim ownership of it, only of how we present it.
Links to other sites
We link to government and other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for what they say or do.
Limitation of liability
The site and everything on it are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, West Avenue Trade LLC is not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using the site or relying on its information, including decisions about your immigration case.
