Privacy Policy
Short answer
YourCaseStatus does not ask you for any information. This site has no accounts, no forms and no cookies. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not follow you to other sites. Our host, Cloudflare, also processes standard request logs to deliver the site and keep it secure. We do not sell data.

Effective date: November 3, 2026. This policy covers yourcasestatus.com, operated by West Avenue Trade LLC, a private company in Florida (“we”, “us”).
What we collect
- Nothing you type. The site has no accounts, no sign-up and no forms. The search box on the status messages page filters the list inside your browser, and what you type never leaves your device.
- No cookies and no advertising. We use no cookies, no advertising and no third-party fonts or embeds. That is why there is no cookie banner.
- Visit counts, through Cloudflare Web Analytics. A small Cloudflare script counts page views and records the page, the referring site, the country, and the browser and device type. It sets no cookies, does not use your IP address to identify you, and does not follow you across other sites. We see only totals. Cloudflare describes it on its Web Analytics page.
- Standard request logs, through Cloudflare. The site is delivered by Cloudflare, Inc. When your browser asks for a page, Cloudflare processes standard request information, such as your IP address, the page requested, the time, your browser type and the country of the request. This is how the site is delivered and protected from abuse. We do not use it to build profiles of visitors. Cloudflare’s own handling is described in the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
- Email you send us. If you write to hello@yourcasestatus.com, we receive your address and your message. We use it to reply to you and do not add you to any list.
We do not sell data
We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
Links to other sites
We link to government websites such as uscis.gov. They have their own privacy practices, which we do not control.
Children
This site is meant for adults following an immigration case. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Your questions
Because the site collects no personal information beyond the standard logs described above, there is usually nothing for us to send or delete. If you have a question about your data or this policy, write to us.
Changes
If we add accounts, the app or any tracking, we will update this policy before we start, and the effective date at the top will change.
